How do I receive Free Shipping on my order?

MarsVenus is unable to ship our products to certain countries in the world due to Import Restrictions. Please contact your customs office to understand the import regulations before placing your order.
If we do not ship directly to your country, please contact Shop and Ship, an international shipping service, to find out how you can still receive our recommended supplements on a regular basis. Click here to contact Shop and Ship.
If you place an international order on MarsVenus.com, please note that we are not responsible for taxes, duties, brokerage fees or extra delivery fees which may be applied to international shipments.
Refunds will not be issued for any order that is:
– seized by Customs
– refused or abandoned by the intended recipient
– can not be delivered due to an address error
Supplements are restricted for import to a 90 day supply in some countries and must be for your own personal use. Losses incurred due to exceeding your country’s limitations will not be refunded.
How long will it take to receive my order?
This depends where you live and what shipping service you selected during checkout. We ship from Sacramento, California each business day. Most orders placed before 10am Pacific time will ship the same business day. UPS orders usually arrive as expected and explained during checkout. US Postal Mail (USPS) can sometimes take a couple extra days to arrive than planned, especially for international orders. This is often due to delays in customs and delivery in other countries. Patience is a virtue (that we don’t have either!!) and we will try to ensure you receive what you need any way we can!
