You can access all your courses right here at MarsVenus.com. Just select the icon in the top right-hand corner to log in to your account, then select  “My Library” to view your course! You can also access your courses via the app. This app (Kajabi) allows you to access all of your MarsVenus courses on your mobile device!

You can watch on your TV by streaming from your phone through a streaming device such as Apple TV, Roku Streaming Stick, Amazon Fire TV Stick or Cube, etc.

Just download and open the Kajabi app on your phone, enter the email you used to create your MarsVenus account to log in, and you will receive a confirmation email. Once you confirm your email, you will have access to all of your MarsVenus courses!

If you have joined one of our course experiences that include live chats and community with Lauren Gray, then we cannot offer refunds on those. We want everyone in with both feet and an open heart, ready to commit to each other and the program 100%. 

If you have joined one of our live classes with John Gray, we do not offer refunds on those. Consider it like a live event ticket but from the comfort of your own home.

1. Ensure the email address you’re using to log in is correct. The login is case-sensitive.
2. If your email is correct, reset your password.
3. Still no luck? Try clearing your browser cache or attempt to log in with a different browser.

You can update your information including email preferences, billing information, and password by logging into your account and accessing your member settings.
